Under the sea... where it is better, where it is wetter, under the sea!

Whether or not this holds up the action or provides a look at Jim's skill, you decide, I think it does both. I've also beern VERY influenced by the music from Sega's Ecco the Dolphin music as well - which lead to me to draw these underwater scenes. As you know, the submarine is a very huge ship and should be expected as such.

One thing I'd like to point out, is those fading out effects. They're very easy to make on Flash; convert symbol, alpha, repeat as necessary. I wanted to show this on a scene, probably somewhere around Issue 4 and 5, but I didn't realize until late that said example was cut off by the edges of the page.

With Jim's escape and the snakes hunt (yes, land snakes can brave the water), the effect of them submerging came out really beautiful here, in my opinion.

Unfortunately, Jim can't swing nor shoot, and will have to literally hold out for this one.. D:
