Hello everyone! I'm going to be now re-uploading the Issue 2 'Keeping Up with Thursday' renovated pages. After every five has been done between :iconsirquacky: (Photoshop editor) and I (Flash artist and assistant supervisor), I'll go back and repost the corrected pages to share with everyone. The revised pages are essential to bringing KUWT to unfamiliar readers who, if they had seen the series before, probably had trouble getting into it
For years, a lot of people have and still ask about the webcomic's title. And I have told them the actual reason behind it: Patrick's humble beginnings were apart of a myspace clan from many years ago back when it was still the hip thing to do when you're in your early 20's. :P I used to role-play as Professor Ratigan, and Patrick was part of a crew (himself named 'Thussday'... see the connection?) of no good fellas helping the sewer rat out. Patrick became popular on his own, and could've then and there launched his own spin-off account. Thankfully, I left RPing when I did: but, upon making a webcomic under the assurance of my girl friend :iconmikowestworth:, I made Patrick a reality. "Thussday", became "Thursday", and the title references that.
While it's never been shown how he got the title, this page delivers it's true and proper origins at long last.
That's one question for future KUWT FAQ's finally answered! :D
