She struck him with a vicious slash across the neck - I fell over backward and was flown against a nearby dresser, I couldn't tell if she had actually gotten his jugular vein - but I did hear one hell of a shout... by the time I realized she had collided into us at full speed I had just hit the back of my head, spiraling in a flip underneath the large room object. Hazed, I looked up, and there she was: Milon had been jumped and as getting thrashed by his own kind. This was no family reunion, this was an all out war-- and I was the odd man out.

Sorry for the violence here folks, but I couldn't possibly think of a way these two could walk out of sixteen crazed bats and make it out alive. :O The intensity hopefully (and maybe kind of shocking) strike should raise the stakes higher, I hope. Or maybe I stacked the deck too high... :(
