Patrick stalling for time... or maybe painting himself into a corner. He was probably expecting another room and board, maybe an adventure or two with Milon; but it looks now he's got a case of being forced into saving them, or himself.
With two pages left to go, Issue 13 is almost done. ^^ I can safely say Issue 14 will begin on March 10th, allowing me time to get settled in and take care of business and updating Comic-Fury as necessary. FurAffinity is catching up as well with KUWT so they'll be in sync pretty soon.
As you can tell, one of the bats is indeed my close friend :iconjasubatteh:, making a background cameo appearance. ^^ Originally he was to encounter Patrick and Milon during the chase and fight on the ground, but with the direction the story took I didn't quite think it would work too well. Although the gloves kinda give him away, it's nice to have him there as part of the en masse bat army clan. XD
